KUT REMEDEX BASIC

Description

KUT REMEDEX BASIC is a surface - applied material that waterproofs and protects concrete in-depth. It is used in conjunction with KUT REMEDEX PREMIUM for general waterproofing purposes or on its own when treating concrete blockwork. KUT REMEDEX BASIC consists of ordinary portland cement, specially treated quartz sand and fillers, and a chemically active compound. KUT REMEDEX BASIC is supplied in powder form and only needs the addition of water before application.

Uses

All concrete surfaces to be backfilled, basements, retaining walls, underground car parks, foundations, storage tanks, etc. (used in conjunction with KUT REMEDEX PREMIUM). Basement retaining walls in hollow concrete blockwork or lightweight concrete blockwork, (when used in conjunction with KUT REMEDEX PREMIUM and sand/cement render). Concrete blockwork walls above ground. KUT REMEDEX BASIC contributes to the waterproofing effect of KUT REMEDEX PREMIUM and provides additional protection where mechanical abrasion of the treated surface is likely, e.g. during backfilling. Used alone, KUT REMEDEX BASIC is a particularly suitable slurry for filling air bubbles and voids in weak and porous surfaces.
