KUT CURE WBAs low as KWD 9.00
Description
KUT CURE WB is a white, low-viscosity wax emulsion that incorporates a special alkali reactive emulsion breaking system. This system ensures that the emulsion breaks down to form a nonpenetrating continuous film immediately upon contact with a cementitious surface. This impervious film prevents excessive water evaporation which in turn permits more efficient cement hydration thus reducing shrinkage and increasing durability. The membrane once formed is designed to degrade (via a photoinitiator in the precise formulation) when exposed to ultraviolet light over some time depending on the conditions of exposure. KUTCURE WB is available in two grades: (i) CLEAR (ASTM C309 Type 1) Class A grade is for all normal temperate climate applications (ii) WHITE PIGMENTED (ASTM C309 Type 2) Class A & CRDC - C-300 grade contains white pigments to give light reflectance thus minimizing solar heat gain and is particularly suitable for use in hot climates. Any other pigmented versions may be made available on request, the performance and properties will be the same as the white-pigmented version
Uses
Provides a spray-on temporary membrane to retain moisture in concrete for effective curing. Used for concreting generally but is especially useful for large areas of concrete construction such as runways, motorways, or bridgework.

KUT MOULD RELEASE SBAs low as KWD 6.00
Description
KUT MOULD RELEASE ‘SB’ is a specially formulated blend of refined pale paraffinic mineral oils and chemicals having release properties that are superior to those of a conventional mold oil. KUT MOULD RELEASE ‘SB’ is supplied as a pale, straw, colored, liquid ready for direct application. The alkali reactive chemicals promote a water-repellent interface that protects both steel and timber formwork whilst ensuring an even color and texture in the cast concrete. It has a built-in rust inhibitor to protect metal forms from rust or corrosion and a preservative to increase the life of wood forms.
Uses
KUT MOULD RELEASE ‘SB’ is used on metal, wood, plastic, and fiber glass forms, also on pans and tubes for roof and column work. On concrete molds, over laid plywood, and fiber glass, KUT MOULD RELEASE ‘SB’ and eliminate expensive form cleaning. On scootcretes, hoist buckets, and paving machine mixers, KUT MOULD RELEASE ‘SB’ offers fast clean-up if applied daily. On aluminum and steel, application of KUT MOULD RELEASE ‘SB’ before concrete pours will assure easy removal of mortar and/or concrete.

KUT CURE - PAs low as KWD 7.00
Description
KUT CURE - P is water based acrylic resin specially selected for its water retention properties. KUT CURE - P is available in Clear, Grey & White Pigmented grades. The dried film is colorless when applied at the correct application rate. A specially formulated product for use under severe hot climatic conditions of Kuwait and the Gulf region.
Uses
Used to cure seal and harden concrete/white concrete and renders without the stains caused by resin curing membranes. Also, it does not have problems associated with the adhesion of subsequent finishes common in wax-based curing membranes. Recommended as a curing membrane over all cementitious repair mortars and materials. Especially recommended for use over KUT SHAKE TOP and KUT EMERY TOP.

KUT MOULD RELEASE WBAs low as KWD 6.00
Description
KUT MOULD RELEASE ‘WB’ is a blend of natural organic chemicals, supplied as a milky white color liquid. It has a built-in rust inhibitor to protect metal forms from rust or corrosion. As KUT MOULD RELEASE ‘WB’ is a water-based product, it does not contain any volatile organic compound i.e. 0 % VOC. KUT MOULD RELEASE ‘WB’ is a VOC-compliant material. KUT MOULD RELEASE ‘WB’ (RDU) is ready to use the version without the need for any dilution on site.
Uses
KUT MOULD RELEASE ‘WB’ is used on metal wood plastic, and fiberglass forms also on pans and tubes for roof and column work. On concrete molds, overlaid plywood, and fiberglass, KUT MOULD RELEASE ‘WB’ eliminates expensive form cleaning. On scoot crates, hoist buckets, and paving machine mixers. KUT MOULD RELEASE ‘WB’ otters fast clean-up if applied daily. On steel, application of KUT MOULD RELEASE ‘WB’ prior to concrete pours will assure easy removal of mortar and/or concrete.

KUT NANOSIL WBAs low as KWD 7.00
DESCRIPTION:
KUT NANOSIL WB is water based single component penetrating silane-siloxane based system, ready to use which penetrate deep into porous substrates and then react to produce a bonded hydrophobic lining to the pores. KUT NANOSIL WB is colorless when dry, non-staining, non-yellowing, and non-filming sealer used to protect concrete and masonry surfaces without altering their appearance or the texture of the treated surface. KUT NANOSIL WB is breathable, nonflammable & has excellent resistance to weathering. Even though allowing passage of water vapors from the substrate it significantly reduces the absorption of water and water borne salts.USES:
KUT NANOSIL WB is an excellent water repellent for many absorbent mineral substrates, such as bricks, sand-lime brick, natural sandstone and mineral plasters. It is not so suitable for less absorbent, dense natural stone, especially limestone, marble and reinforced concrete for bridges and roads.
Owing to its aqueous consistency and storage stability KUT NANOSIL WB is ideal for in plant hydrophobation of building materials made of clay, aerated concrete, sand-lime brick, mineral fibers and lightweight aggregate.
KUT NANOSIL WB may also serve as a water-repellent primer for emulsion paints and plasters, silicone resin emulsion paints and silicone resin plasters.APPLICATION:
Surface Preparation: Cure new concrete 28 days before application. Surface must be structurally sound, clean, dry, free of dust, dirt, paint, efflorescence, laitance, and other contaminants that will prevent the proper penetration of KUT NANOSIL WB. Prior to application, joints or cracks must be properly sealed or filled. If acid is used for cleaning, neutralize completely before KUT NANOSIL WB application. A dry substrate allows better penetration of the sealer.
Application Instructions: Apply KUT NANOSIL WB in the usual way; flooding is the preferred way. Two "wet on wet" coats are needed to ensure complete coverage. If it starts to rain, stop treatment and cover the impregnated areas.
For porous surfaces two or more saturation coats of KUT NANOSIL WB may be required. Apply a test patch to evaluate surface appearance and effectiveness of the coverage rate. If in doubt about the condition of the substrate, the ASPEC Technical Dept. should be consulted. KUT NANOSIL WB should be allowed to dry for a minimum of 2 hours (at 20°C) before continuing.
