DESCRIPTION

KUT PLAST LWC is colorless to brown liquid instantly miscible with water. KUT PLAST LWC is used to produce light weight concrete mixes, with or without aggregates. USES • Flat roof insulation screeds including the provision of drainage “falls”. • Insulated floor screeds (under rigid floor finishes). • Fire protection of timber floors and structural steel works. • Soil replacement for back filling and ground stabilization. • Fabrication of lightweight beams, blocks and panels. • Fire barrier especially in service voids, fire, walls and doors. • Filling of old underground pipes, tunnels, sewers, storage tanks, shelters and basements. • Trench reinstatement and road works.

DESCRIPTION 
KUT PLAST IWP is a cholride - free waterproofing 
plasticising admixture which functions by forming an 
internal barrier against water penetration in concrete for 
production of reinforced concrete for structures subjected 
to high stress and where waterproof concrete and mortars 
are required. KUT PLAST IWP produces a cohesive and 
more workable concrete at constant water cement ratio or 
a concrete with same workability @5% water reduction 
when used at recommended dosage. 
USES
 KUT PLAST IWP is specially recommended to be used in 
concrete which in contact with soil, foundations, walls, floors 
that must be water tight and in reinforced, pre-stressed 
concrete subjected to high stress, such as desalination 
plants, tunnels, culverts, sewage plants, water reservoirs, 
silos, pits, foundations, terraces, balconies and cellars KUT 
PLAST IWP is also recommended for use alongwith KUT 
PLAST NA/EDS for interlock blocks & tiles. 

KUT PLAST SP 500 is a chloride free, Superplasticising 
admixture based on selected synthetic polymers. It is 
supplied as a brown solution which is instantly dispersible 
in water.
 KUT PLAST SP 500 can provide very high level of water 
reduction upto 25% without loss of workability or to 
produce high quality concrete of reduced permeability.
 USES
 KUT    PLAST    SP    500    can provide self-leveling concrete 
practically eliminating the need for vibration during 
placing.
 KUT    PLAST    SP    500 provides excellent workability even 
at low water/cement ratio.
 KUT    PLAST    SP    500    produce high strength, high grade 
concrete by substantial reduction in water resulting in 
low permeability and high early strength

DESCRIPTION 
KUT PLAST SP 400 is a chloride free, Superplasticising 
admixture based on modified sulfonated naphthalene 
formaldehyde condensate. It is supplied as a brown solution 
which is instantly dispersible in water. 
KUT PLAST SP 400 can provide very high level of water 
reduction and hence major increase in strength can be  
obtained coupled with good retention of workability to aid 
placement.
 USES
 • KUT PLAST SP 400 can provide self-leveling concrete 
practically eliminating the need for vibration during 
placing. 
• KUT PLAST SP 400 provides excellent workability even 
at low water/cement ratio.  
• KUT PLAST SP 400 is especially recommended for use in 
high workability concrete and where fast shutter removal 
is required.

DESCRIPTION 
KUT PLAST CaNi is a calcium nitrite based corrosion
inhibiting admixture for steel reinforced concrete. KUT 
PLAST CaNi admixture contains a minimum of 30% 
active ingredients by mass and is supplied as a pale straw 
coloured solution which instantly disperses in water.
 USES
 KUT PLAST CaNi will inhibit the potentially corrosive effects 
of chloride-bearing concrete-making ingredients. KUT 
PLAST CaNi when used will effectively inhibit corrosion 
in all types of steel reinforced concrete including precast / 
pre-stressed and post-tensioned applications. KUT PLAST 
CaNi is recommended for use in parking garages, bridge 
decks, marine structures, slabs, floors, and other reinforced 
concrete applications where corrosion protection against 
chlorides from deicing salts or marine exposure is desired.
