    KUT EPOXY MORTAR - HB is a special blend of fillers and solvent-free epoxy resin, designed for speedy and permanent repairs to concrete, particularly in vertical or overhead situations. The mixed material is applied to a suitably prepared surface and quickly cures to form an impermeable repair unaffected by most forms of a chemical attack. It is supplied as a three-pack material in pre-weighed quantities ready for on-site mixing and use

    Uses

    For speedy and permanent repairs to concrete structures, especially in overhead and vertical situations where “High Build” repairs are required and impermeability to water and resistance to aggressive chemicals are essential. For emergency repairs to concrete columns, lintels, and roof-beam faces, provide a dense impermeable finish and protect the embedded reinforcing steel.

    Description

    KUT FASTCRETE is a fast-setting concrete patching material composed of special cement, fine aggregate, and selected plasticizing admixture and fibers, requiring the addition of potable water only for mixing. It produces high early strength and achieves the initial set in 20 to 30 minutes, and the final set in 45 minutes. Repaired areas may be opened to traffic in 2 - 2:30 hours.

    Uses

    KUT FASTCRETE is specifically formulated as a semi-flowable material for the rapid patching of horizontal concrete surfaces such as airport runways, expressways, highways, bridge decks, streets, sidewalks, parking decks loading docks, and floors.

    Description

    KUT FILLET PAK is supplied as a ready-to-use two-component product consisting of a dry powder (Part A) requiring only the addition of the liquid aqueous polymer (Part B) to produce cohesive easily applied mortar. The dry powder is a careful blend of cement, graded sands, Microsilica, water-reducing agents auxiliary/modifying polymer, polypropylene micro fibers, and a polymer (Part B) component KUT FLEXI to enhance the general characteristics of the repair mortar. It is designed to give excellent adhesion to concrete in the plastic state and deliver low porosity and long durability repair mortar. The KUT FILLET PAK is modified with expansive agents to compensate for the shrinkage of this mortar in the plastic state and also during the first 3 days of the hardening period.

    Uses

    KUT FILLET PAK is a multi-application polymer-modified cementitious mortar for structural repair and reinstatement of damaged concrete. It is used to form concave fillets or covers between parapet walls and roofs. It is used for packing and filling junction fillet strips or chisel-opened gaps between walls and floors in water-leaking basements and tie-rod holes in concrete structures. It is used in marine environments to repair damaged concrete, beams, and columns.

    KUT SUPERCOAT No. I is supplied as a ready to use dry powder requiring the addition of only clean water to produce at the job site a highly cohesive fibre reinforced easily applied repair mortar. KUT SUPERCOAT No. I is formulated on a blend of portland cement, Microsilica, non-metallic reinforcing fibres, selected graded aggregates, water reducing chemicals, shrinkage compensating agents and new technology synthetic resin dry polymers. KUT SUPERCOAT No. I mixed mortar delivers excellent adhesive and cohesive characteristics. It is a low porosity and long durability mortar which provides special resistance to the passage of water, the ingress of chlorides and polluted industrial dampness and can be used in both vertical and overhead applications. It is recommended for repair of damaged structural concrete exposed to marine environmental corrosive conditions in both inland and offshore installations.

    KUT SUPER COAT No. I has been formulated specially to repair damaged structural concrete and all types of masonry under a wide range of normal, industrial and marine environmental exposures. It is used for reinstatement of damaged concrete, walls, soffits and columns in overhead as well as vertical applications. It is recommended for internal as well as exterior application for inland and offshore marine environments. It will provide great value to contractors involved in general repair works of structural concrete for port authorities, airports and military installations.

    KUT SUPERCOAT No. II is supplied as a ready-for-use 2-component product consisting of a dry powder and a specially formulated aqueous synthetic resin polymer which after mixing produce a highly cohesive easily applied repair mortar. This product is formulated as a new technology blend of cements, microsilica, non metallic reinforcing fibres, selected graded aggregates water reducing chemicals and shrinkage compensating auxiliary agents. The special liquid polymer KUT FLEXI is an aqueous binder modified with auxiliary chemical agents to improve the final properties of KUT SUPERCOAT No. II. The KUT SUPERCOAT No. II mixed polymer mortar has excellent adhesive and cohesive characteristics. It is a low porosity and long durability mortar which can be used in both vertical and overhead repair works.

It is formulated for vertical and also overhead applications in outdoor and indoor repair works.   • KUT FLOWCRETE

    Description

    KUT FLOWCRETE is supplied as a ready-to-use cement aggregate/sand mix requiring only the addition of water to produce a free-flowing repair concrete. It is a careful blend of Portland cement, graded aggregate, sand, micro silica, water-reducing agents, and auxiliary expansive modifying agents to compensate for the shrinkage in both the plastic and the hardened states.

    Uses

    KUT FLOWCRETE with dual expansion characteristics has been engineered for a wide range of applications. It is formulated for free flowing in between highly congested reinforcement located in difficult-to-reach areas. The free-flowing consistency of KUT FLOWCRETE ensures its penetration into honeycombed concrete and defective deteriorated concrete filling all voids with high-performance repair concrete. It is suitable for use in the marine environment.
