Description

KUT EMERY TOP is a pre-mixed ready-to-use dry powder consisting of selected and graded high-quality Emery aggregates, Portland cement, and special additives to impart the desired properties. The emery aggregate used is an extremely hard, chemically inert aggregate that resists polishing, therefore, providing a non-slip skid-resistant surface even when wet. Also being non-metallic it will not rust. The use of special additives reduces placing time by about 20% compared to site-batched material and ensures full compaction and proper hydration of the KUT EMERY TOP wearing course. KUT EMERY TOP is available in natural grey color but special colors can be produced upon request for large orders.

Uses

KUT EMERY TOP is used to provide an extremely hard-wearing, abrasion-resistant monolithic surface to new concrete floors. The excellent non-slip characteristic allows use on wet areas and ramps. KUT EMERY TOP is ideally suited for all industrial areas subjected to the heaviest traffic like car parks, loading bays, warehouse floors, machine shops, etc.

Description

KUT FLOOR UNDERLAY is a blend of specially selected cements, graded aggregates, synthetic polymers .and workability aids. It is supplied as a dry powder requiring only, the addition of water to produce a smooth free flowing and self levelling smoothing coat, which can be laid to a feather edge. When thickness greater than 10mm are required, washed concrete sand can be added in equal proportions (if sand is added the product becomes trowellable and is no longer self levelling).

Uses

For levelling out uneven floor surfaces prior to covering with floor finishes e.g. tiles, carpeting, linoleum, rubber and other sheet flooring.

Description

KUT SHAKETOP is a cementitious premixed shake-on floor hardener based on specially selected and graded silica aggregate and is ready to use. It is evenly sprinkled on fresh concrete and floated to a smooth finish. It provides increased wear resistance to the surface.

KUT SHAKETOP is used to produce abrasion-resistant monolithic floor topping for surfacing concrete in: • Lobbies • Restaurants • Showrooms • Factory and warehouse floors • Commercial and Industrial facilities • Carparks, etc.
