A Multicomponent system, high solids polyurethane general purposes high-performance aliphatic PU coating. Offers excellent gloss and color retention and resistance to contaminants normally found in a car park/traffic deck situation. VOC compliant (350 – 380 g/l dependent on color) – 1990 EPA PF6/23(95).

KUT DURAGUARD CP – I am a UV stable, multi-layered, durable, polyurethane deck coating system providing a seamless and protective, wear-resistant, profiled surface. It is pigmented, allowing improved aesthetics and the demarcation of pedestrian and traffic areas, for safety and improved traffic flow. KUT DURAGUARD CP – I have been tested for crack bridging by ASTM C836. It may consist of the following ASPEC products: • KUT DURAGUARD PRIMER – a high grade, low viscosity, two-component epoxy resin primer, and substrate sealer. • KUT SILICA SAND NO. 1 or KUT SILICA QUARTZ NO. 1 – a graded, high purity quartz aggregate with a particle size in the range of 0.3 – 0.9 mm. used as a multi action: mechanical key, wear enhancer and to provide skid, resistance, it’s used is how thickness is attained with economy for the various wearing conditions such as: in traffic lanes, ramps, and turning areas. • KUT DURACOAT PU GP – I am a Multi component polyurethane coating designed for application as a topcoat on traffic deck systems. KUT DURAGUARD CP - III is a UV-stable, polyurethane-based multi-component vehicle park decking system for exposed and intermediate traffic decks where crack bridging and waterproofing properties are required. KUT DURAGUARD CP - III has been tested for crack bridging by ASTM C836. • KUT DURAGUARD PRIMER – is a high grade, low viscosity, two-component epoxy resin primer, and substrate sealer. • KUT DURAGUARD MEMBRANE – is a two-component solvent-free polyurethane membrane suitable for use in trafficked coating systems that require crack bridging capability. When used in car park decking systems it will bridge dynamic cracks. • KUT DURACOAT PU GP – is a Multicomponent polyurethane coating designed for application as a topcoat on traffic deck systems. It provides a UV-resistant, hard elastic surface resistant to general and vehicle-related chemicals spillage and abrasion.

Description

KUT EMERY TOP is a pre-mixed ready-to-use dry powder consisting of selected and graded high-quality Emery aggregates, Portland cement, and special additives to impart the desired properties. The emery aggregate used is an extremely hard, chemically inert aggregate that resists polishing, therefore, providing a non-slip skid-resistant surface even when wet. Also being non-metallic it will not rust. The use of special additives reduces placing time by about 20% compared to site-batched material and ensures full compaction and proper hydration of the KUT EMERY TOP wearing course. KUT EMERY TOP is available in natural grey color but special colors can be produced upon request for large orders.

KUT EMERY TOP is used to provide an extremely hard-wearing, abrasion-resistant monolithic surface to new concrete floors. The excellent non-slip characteristic allows use on wet areas and ramps. KUT EMERY TOP is ideally suited for all industrial areas subjected to the heaviest traffic like car parks, loading bays, warehouse floors, machine shops, etc.

The system consists of a pre-weighed base and hardener components and color packs, all of which contain reactive elements that are essential to the installation of the system. A slip-resistant texture can be provided by the use of one of a range of KUT SILICA SAND or KUT SILICA QUARTZ which have been carefully graded to ensure an even texture.

Description

KUT FLOOR UNDERLAY is a blend of specially selected cements, graded aggregates, synthetic polymers .and workability aids. It is supplied as a dry powder requiring only, the addition of water to produce a smooth free flowing and self levelling smoothing coat, which can be laid to a feather edge. When thickness greater than 10mm are required, washed concrete sand can be added in equal proportions (if sand is added the product becomes trowellable and is no longer self levelling).

Uses

For levelling out uneven floor surfaces prior to covering with floor finishes e.g. tiles, carpeting, linoleum, rubber and other sheet flooring.

KUT FLOOR SL is a two pack solvent free epoxy system consisting of base and hardner. Hard wearing aggregates for non-skid application and graded inert fillers for self leveling screed applications are provided separately for use in KUT FLOOR SL system. It can be applied from thickness of 1 mm upto 10mm depending on the procedure adopted. It is available in a range of colours. Colour range: The following colours are available: Brick Red, Oxide Yellow, Phirozi Blue, Light Grey, Sage Green, Dark Grey..

KUT FLOOR SL is ideal for industrial or commrercial locations where a hard wearing, hygenic, dust free environment is important e.g. laboratories, hospitals clean rooms, electronic assembly plants, switchgear plant rooms, light industrial plants, schools, carparks, car-showrooms etc. Using KUT FLOOR SL, it is possible to produce seamless self levelling epoxy paint, multi layer screeds, self levelling screeds and non-skid finishes.

KUT FLOOR SEAL NO.1 is an aqueous solution of sodium silicate modified with wetting agents and other additives. The blended active ingredients chemically react with the free lime in the concrete producing hard insoluble salts sealing, dust proofing and hardening the floor surface in one operation.

Uses

KUT FLOOR SEAL NO.1 is a multi application concrete treatment for interior or exterior application. It can be used over new fresh or cured concrete and can be used over old concrete cleaned floors. It hardens also improves the abrasion resistance of concrete floors and seals the surface against the penetration of oils, chemicals and chlorides.
